FUMARIC RESINS
Fumaric resins are resins modified with fumaric acid and esterified with polyol.
Applications: Used in nitrocellulose-based inks, synthetic enamels, varnishes, flexophilic inks, rotogravure inks and leather polishing.
Features: Fumaric resins provide strong adhesion to the substrate and provide fast drying, high gloss and good hardness. They are soluble in esters, alcohols, aromatic solvents and alkaline solutions.
MALEIC RESINS
Maleik reçineler, maleik anhidrit ile modifiye edilmiş reçinelerdir ve poliolle esterleştirilmiştir.
Uygulamalar: Nitroselüloz esaslı boyalar, ahşap kaplamaları, polyesterler, PU ve sentetik emayelerde kullanılır. Ayrıca narenciye meyvelerinin kaplanmasında da kullanılabilir.
Özellikler: Maleik reçineler hızlı kuruma, yüksek parlaklık ve iyi sertlik sağlar. Islanabilirliği (wettability), yapışmayı iyileştirir ve sararma ve ısıya dayanıklıdır. Esterler, eterler, ketonlar, aromatik ve alifatik çözücülerde çözünürler. Alkollü çözücülerde çözünmezler.
PHENOLIC MODIFIED ROSIN ESTERS
Phenolic Modified Colophon Resin Esters are ester resins obtained as a result of modification of phenolic compounds with Gum Rosin.
Phenolic Modified Colophon Resin Esters are widely used,especially in the coating and adhesive industry. Phenolic modification improves the properties of Gum resin, increasing adhesion, hardness, heat resistance and solvent resistance.
